You will enjoy the closeness to nature, the sound of the sea, privacy in both the modern terraces and cozy inside the Bungalow.

From the Bungalow may enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach of San Agustin and continue along the Playa de las Burras and Playa del Ingles, reaching the Faro de Maspalomas, in approximately 3 hours.

On the beach of San Agustin, one of the best beaches in the Canaries. Residential and very quiet. A few meters from the urbanization is a modern leisure complex with miniature golf, paddle tennis courts, heated pool, restaurant, bus stop, taxi ... Along with the urbanization there is a supermarket open daily. A 5 minute walk away is the Tamarind Casino Hotel located in the foyer Rock-Hospiten Clinic, and several restaurants and supermarkets. A 10 minute walk to the Mall St. Augustine.

    “Wunderschönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Vorteilhaft, auf dem Gelände der Anlage gibt es immer eine Möglichkeit zum Parken; ist ansonsten in der Umgebung sehr schwierig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Die Lage des Apt. ist toll. Man hat ungehinderten Blick auf Strand und Meer sowie auf die unterhalb der Terrasse vorbeiführende Uferpromenade. Die Bettenburgen liegen im Rücken und stören den Blick nicht. Der Strand ist über einen eigenen direkten Zugang in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der gepflegten Räume ist schlicht, aber ausreichend. Zu empfehlen für ein Paar, evtl. mit 2 Kin dern. Für 4 Erwachsene weniger empfehlenswert. Der Mietpreis erscheint relativ hoch. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”
