Amazing House in La Cordillera with Private Pool and Wonderful Views

Cozy villa located in the north of the island of Gran Canaria and just 20 minutes by car from the capital. Built in 1920, this colonial-style villa has all the comforts to make your vacation a very special day. Oasis of peace, far from mass tourism, but only 2 km from the sea and the beach. The farm has a surface area of 50,000 m2 where we can find banana trees, avocado trees, orange trees, pumpkins and other varieties of fruit trees. Its well-kept gardens, its splendid swimming pool and its wonderful views of the sea will make you feel in a true paradise. The house has 2 floors distributed with five bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each bedroom, three bathrooms and a toilet. You can also enjoy a barbecue area and solarium terrace. A place to discover the authentic Canarian character. An unforgettable vacation for sure!

    “Sehr schönes grosses top gepflegtes Anwesen. Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie zusammen dort. Wunderbar. Vidal hat uns mit dem besten Früchten (Banane, Papaya, Feigen) seiner Plantage verwöhnt und mit einem mega kulinarischen welcome. Alles war sehr sauber. Danke für alles.”

    “Fullt utrustat hus , med allt som behövs. Goda utrymmen . Fantastisk omgivning med stora gräsmattor, fin välskött pool, underbar utsikt från poolen över havet och det kanariska landskapet. Fin närmiljö med banan och papajaodlingar. Total omdömme en helt underbar semester. skulle gärna komma tillbaka igen. Hunden Jack uppskattades av hela familjen.”

    “Wir haben im Juli/August 2016 Urlaub auf der Finca gemacht- und waren begeistert! Sie liegt wunderschön, ruhig, man hat einen einmaligen Blick auf das Meer! Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Der Pool ist riesig, sauber und wird täglich (außer Samstag und Sonntag) sehr früh morgens gereinigt! Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Angestellten diskret! Der Hausherr ist sehr gastfreundlich und behilflich in allen Fragen. Wir wurden mit typisch spanischen Tapas und Tortilla empfangen, im Kühlschrank waren kalte Getränke! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist, hier und da sind vielleicht Kleinigkeiten zu beheben, aber
    wer im Süden urlaubt, weiß, was auf ihn zukommt! Die Lage, Ruhe und der Pool sind unschlagbar, allerdings ist man nachts vor Stechmücken nicht sicher, tagsüber aber war keine Mücke o.ä. in Sicht! Trotz 1 Woche Bewölkung, die im Norden nicht ungewöhnlich ist, waren die Temperaturen um 28 Grad. So dass das Schwimmen im Pool immer erfrischend war!”

    “Om man vill bo lite avskilt är detta perpekt. Ett fantastiskt hus i traditionell stil med fin trädgård och pool mitt i en bananodling. Vid utsikt över omgivningarna med såväl hav som land. Vi var oroliga att motorvägsljudet nedanför huset skulle vara störande, men det enda som hörs är havsbruset. Vår vänlige värd tog väl hand om oss. Det skulle fått 6 hus om det funnits trevliga gångvägar utanför gården och om poolen hade varit uppvärmd. Den snälle trädgårdsmästaren och poolskötaren arbetade 3 morgontimmar varje dag måndag-fredag, men var mycket diskret.”
