This modern furnished Gran Canaria holiday cottage was built in 2008 and features more than 140 m² of living space spreading across two floors.
It boasts three beautiful and spacious bedrooms with either one double bed or two single beds, and with a wardrobe each. Both floors also benefits from their own bright bathroom, each equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The modern and spacious kitchen is complete with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, and a coffee machine. The air conditioned living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, satellite television, DVD player, playstation, and a stereo. The washing machine is located in a laundry room and is available for your use during your stay.
You can enjoy the sunny hours on the large roof terrace. The roof terrace is also a great spot to watch the sun rise and set. From here, you also have a stunning view of the mountains and the sea.
The apartment is some 5 minutes away from the beaches of “Playa del Cabron“ and “Playa de Arinaga“, where you can enjoy a choice of water sports, e.g. diving, windsurfing and fishing. Only a few minutes’ walk takes you to a wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, gymn and a sauna. A supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, and a post office are also in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is also located close to the airport (approx. 7 km) and only 4 km away from a large shopping centre.
