The 75 m² apartment is located in the small town of Tejeda at the heart of Gran Canary Island. The second storey apartment, above another apartment, accommodates up to five people. The house was built in 1930 and last renovated in 2012.
The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with three single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). The bedroom can be accessed via a staircase, leading to the apartment's top floor. The small, bright bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet.
