This 300 m2 holiday home is located in in a residential neighbourhood of Cubelles, about 50 km from Barcelona. It is close to Cunit and the Catalonian coast.

The detached holiday home accommodates up to 14 people in seben bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms furnished with a double bed (1.90 m x 1.50m) and another bedroom with two single beds (1.90 m x 0,90 m each). The other five bedrooms are located on the top floor. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (1.90 m x 0.90 m) and the other two are furnished with a double bed (1.90 m x 1.50 m). Upon request, we can also provide two children's' beds. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms (one on each level, with a shower tub, a sink and a toilet. One the ground floor, you can find the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining room table with chairs. The adjacent living room is furnished with a television with satellite reception and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

The 550 m2 property boasts a private pool and a partially covered patio with seating for 14 people. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue in the fully fenced in garden. Upstairs you have access to a large patio and stunning views of the ocean and Cunit.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafes and public transport can be found about 500-800m from the house. It is about 800 m to a restaurant and a tennis court. The nearest sandy beach is only 1,400 meters from the property. Additionally, there is a fishing spot. It is 8 km to a golf court and about 40 km to the airport.
