Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house on the seafront in sa Marina. It is located right on the sand and it has capacity for 4 people.
The front terrace, equipped with two sun loungers and a table with chairs, is the perfect place to revel in the peace offered by the sea. Imagine yourselves having breakfast each morning in front of the quiet waters, orangish thanks to the the sunrise beams. You will find another terrace at the back, which is equipped with a wonderful barbecue, ideal for those who want to enjoy their meals alfresco.
The house features all the rooms on the round floor. When you enter, the cosy, warm and bright living-dining room offers a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, TV-Sat and air-conditioning for your moments of relax. The dining area is equipped with a table with chairs for all of our guests. The kitchen is spacious and independent and it has an induction top and all the needed appliances and utensils. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board in an independent room. The house offers two bedrooms in order to rest, both with a closet and AC, and one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower for all the house.
Sa Marina is a small coastal residential area belonging to the municipality of Alcudia. It's very quiet and near the centre of Alcudia that you will reach in about 5 minutes drive. It offers all services for an independent stay as well as culture and leisure. You cannot miss the medieval wall and the traditional street market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Port de Pollensa is also near, about 5 minutes away by car and it offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and wonderful places to visit.
