This romantic holiday house is at the heart of Campagna Romana and is nestled into a park of around 50,000m² with a chestnut grove.
The house consists of two separate apartments, with a total of around 140m² of living space. One of the two apartments has a minimum height of 190cm and a maximum of 190cm. It has a bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide, a bathroom with a shower and a living room. The other apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide, a bedroom with two single beds 90cm wide, a bathroom with a shower, a living and dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for one person and a TV. The living and dining room includes a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has air conditioning and heating throughout. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Outside there is a swimming pool of around 60m², as well as a sunny terrace with four loungers. There is also an arcade to the right and left of the house and in front of the kitchen, so you can enjoy meals outdoors. A large parking space is also available.
The nearest supermarkets are about 2km from the holiday house. It is about 10km to Lake Bracciano. The Terme di Stigliano thermal baths and the Solfatare are about 8km from the house. The Tolfa mountains are about 22km away and the town of Cerveteri, known for its Etruscan graves, is about 24km from the holiday house. The centre of Rome and Viterbo (ca. 40km) can be accessed by train within an hour. The Tyrrhenian Sea with its large sandy beaches (free as well as payable) is about 20km from the house. Fiumicino airport is within about 50 minutes. It is ca. 80km to Orvieto and Umbria and ca. 200km to Florence and Naples.
