This modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay.

Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. The ground floor features an open-plan sitting area, dining area with seating for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. A widescreen TV, DVD Player, satellite TV, WIFI and IPod / IPhone docking station are all provided. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

Overall, a modern and comfortable villa in a great location.

Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining. A built-in barbeque, patio furniture and sun-loungers are provided.

The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Along with a number of quality hotels, the resort boasts numerous luxury rental villas and apartments, which are located throughout the resort area within easy reach of all the resort has to offer.

The more lively resort of Ayia Napa with its famous nightlife Square is just a 10 minute drive away if you want to enjoy the many nightclubs it has to offer.
