Completely newly renovated studio with use of a garden, in a quiet location
This studio is on the ground floor of a detached single-family house and is quietly situated in the idyllic village Chorto, surrounded by greenery. It was completely newly renovated and equipped in 2017.
It provides 25m² of living space for a maximum of two people. The living room has a French bed (140cm wide), a wardrobe, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The little kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a WC, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi can be used throughout the studio free of charge.
A completely enclosed garden awaits you outside for shared use. You can grill in the garden on the traditional stone oven and grill and end the evening with a glass of wine under a beautiful starry sky. Pets are allowed on request.
The beach at Chorto, where you can find tavernas and cafes, is only a few minutes’ walk away (about 400 metres) from the studio. There are also other well-known sandy and pebbled beaches nearby such as Potistika, Palsi, Melani and many others. Chorto with its many hiking paths and convenient location is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding region. There are shops 300 metres away. Milina is just 3km away and Argalasti 5km from Chorto, where you can find further shops and traditional tavernas. A visit to the weekly market in Argalasti is a must, where you can also buy fresh regional vegetables and fruit.
