    “Das Haus liegt auf einem gepflegten Grundstück sehr ruhig am Rande einer Villensiedlung etwa 5 km außerhalb der Stadt Portimao mit einem rückwärtig wunderbaren Blick in die Natur. Das Haus selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet, was zu einem ungezwungenen Ferienaufenthalt gehört. Laut Beschreibung sind vier Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bad vorhanden, was prinzipiell auch zutrifft, wobei eines der Schlafzimmer jedoch lediglich mit einer Bettcoach ausgestattet ist und dem ein Bad zugeordnet ist, das nur vom Flur aus zu erreichen ist. Insofern erscheint für uns das Haus (wir hatten das Haus für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub mit 4 Pärchen gemietet) eher für 6 Erwachsene geeignet. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat für uns eher den Charakter eines Gästezimmers.
    Die Eignung für lediglich 6 Erwachsene wird auch durch das Terassenmobiliar unterstrichen, da lediglich sechs Stühle am Gartentisch zur Verfügung standen; dieses Mobiliar war zudem stark abgängig. Der dennoch positive Gesamteindruck des Hauses mit einem sehr großzügigen und Wohn-. Ess- und Küchenbereich wurde dadurch jedoch nicht eingetrübt.
    Die Übergabe des Wohnungsschlüssels und die Einweisung in das Mietobjekt wie auch die Rückgabe bei der Abreise verliefen absolut unkompliziert durch sehr nette und verständnisvolle Kontaktpersonen.”
