Ferienhaus in Tjörn mit Grill und Garten

Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf Tjörn mit 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Sandstrand Neu gebautes Ferienhaus (Baujahr 2017) auf der schwedischen Insel Tjörn, die 60km nördlich von Göteborg, wo auch der bekannte Freizeitpark Lieseberg sich befindet, liegt. Die Insel liegt an einer der schönsten Stellen der schwedischen Schärenküste mit bekannten Fischrestaurants und Räuchereien um die Ecke. Es gibt hier viele schöne Möglichkeiten zum Baden und von dem Ferienhaus aus sind es nur 10 Minuten Fussweg bis zu einem kleinen abseits gelegenen Sandstrand mit Springbrett und Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Ausserdem gibt es auf Tjörn einen Golfplatz, das berühmte nordische Aquarellmuseum in Skärhamn und Klädesholmen, was ein altes, sehr charmantes Fischerdorf ist.



In dem 50 m² Ferienhaus gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit einem luxuriösem Doppelbett und ein Bettsofa mit Platz für 2 Personen und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikro, Ofen, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit deutschen und schwedischen Kanälen.

Auf der Veranda stehen Gartenmöbel und ein Kohlegrill für Sie bereit und es gibt einen Parkplatz mit Lademöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Ausserdem steht eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin in unserem Garten zur Verfügung.



Ein Motorboot (Pioner 15) mit einem 20PS starken 4 Takt Motor und GPS Navigationsgerät kann pro Tag oder Woche gemietet werden; das Boot ist perfekt zum Angeln oder zur Erkundung der schönen Schärenküste… Einen Führerschein braucht man nicht, allerdings sollte man schon ein wenig Ehrfahrung haben.

Es können auch geführte Bootsausflüge mit einem etwas größerem Motorboot gebucht werden…



Die Entfernung zum Sandstrand sind 700m, ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg... und 2 km zum nächsten Lebensmittelhandel

    “Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelgen. Die Kinder konnten auf dem großen gepflegten Rasen spielen, schaukeln und Trampolin springen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es hätte vielleicht ein Kleiderschrank mehr sein dürfen). Wir haben es aufgeräumt und sauber vorgefunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot des Vermieters für eine Bootstour haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Danke.”

    “Positiv: Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit konnte man auch oft Wild beobachten. Restaurant: Astols Rökeri auf der Insel Astol - Es gibt eine leckere Fischsupe und guten geräucherten Fisch, außerdem geräucherte Shrimps. Die Lage ist super.”

    “Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage. - Meer in Fußweite (10 Minuten). - Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und wertig mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt von 1 Woche braucht. Negativ: Einzigen Punktabzug gibt es für die Art der Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster: Wie so oft in Schweden gibt es auch hier nur Rollos. Dadurch ist eine echte Verdunklung nicht möglich. Schwierig in einem Land, in dem es im Sommer sehr früh hell oder gar nicht erst dunkel wird.”

    “Bereits vor der Anreise sehr netter Kontakt zum Deutschsprachigen Vermieter. Wegbeschreibung prima, Häuschen total schnuckelig, sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, es ist alles da, was man irgendwie brauchen könnte. Freundlicher Empfang , unterstützende Konversation zu Ausflügen bzw. Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Mobiliar ist bequem, gemütlich und trotzdem auch funktionell, das Bad blitzsauber und modern, das Bett prima, genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten und die Terrase mit Tisch, Stühlen, Grill und Sonnenschirm komplett. Ein weiteres Plus war ein schöner Platz oberhalb des Hauses mit Blick auf die Nachbarinsel und das Meer.
    Wir sind immer noch begeistert und wollen wiederkommen.”
