Charming Holiday House in Cómpeta with Large Barbecue and Offer Views

This beautiful Finca sits in a picturesque location in the mountains in between Torrox and Competa and is ideal for nature lovers, who are looking for a relaxing holiday far away from the masses of tourists. The holiday home sits on a 10,000 m² property, which houses an avocado plantation, citrus trees, palm trees and other locally indigenous plants.

The 90 m² house, only built a few years ago, offers room for up to six people. It boasts two bedrooms with 140 x 200 cm beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The spacious living room with a fireplace and a large flat screen television with satellite reception offers accommodation for two on a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). The dining area is separated from the open plan kitchen with a bar. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. The dining area, the living room and the covered patio have fixed fans.

The private pool and the patio with a large barbecue and stone baking oven, offer views over the stunning mountains and all the way to the coast, eight kilometres in the distance. 20 m² of the 70 m² patio are covered. The pool (approx. length 4m, width 3 m, depth 1,40 m) also has an integrated sitting and lying area with whirlpool jets. There are also sun loungers for your enjoyment. You can also dine al fresco if you so prefer. The covered area of the patio next to the grill offers an outdoor table with comfortable chairs.

During the cooler months, a fireplace and several heaters ensure a comfortable room temperature. The Finca is easily accessible by car via a partially tarmacked road after the turnoff for Torrox/Competa. Recently, there has been a significantly improved approach by additional concreting. From formerly two kilometers of dirt road are now about 1.6 kilometers concreted.

It is about 15 minutes by car to the coast. There you will find shops, the beach, restaurants and other recreational offers. It is also about a 15 minute drive to Competa, the beautiful white mountain town. From here you can enjoy many walks into the natural reserve, enjoy the weekly Saturday market, shop and visit several restaurants.

    “Eine Finca, die alles bietet. Ruhige Lage in den Bergen und wunderschönes Grundstück. Wir (2 Erwachene und 2 Teenager) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und mit Hund ist es auch optimal. Walter hat uns sehr gut betreut und war stets mit Rat und Tat für uns da. Die umliegenden Orte und das Meer sind gut zu erreichen. Wir werden wieder kommen.”

    “Huis met alles erop en eraan: zowel binnen als buiten en zeer rustig gelegen in de bergen. Het huis is ideaal gelegen, verschillende dorpen in de buurt zijn echt de moeite waard en de zee is niet ver.
    Eén minpunt : wij hadden geen warm water bij het douchen (in de badkamer), maar de buitendouche heeft dit euvel opgevangen !
    De vertegenwoordiger ter plekke is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds te bereiken.”

    “Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Absolute Ruhe, viel Platz, herrlicher Ausblick. Wunderschön ist es, mitten in einem Avocadohain zu wohnen, Orangen-, Zitronen- und Mispelbäume vor der Tür zu haben und abends in den Sternenhimmel schauen zu können. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen und Grillen und für ein paar schöne Tage braucht. Ein perfekter Urlaub.
    Auf der Terrasse sitzt man auf Stühlen und liegt auf Liegen, die Auflagen haben. Das macht einen Grillabend sehr gemütlich. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt, eine Dusche am Pool gibt es ebenfalls. Abends kann man sich an einem beleuchteten Pool erfreuen. Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
    Besonders nett fanden wir die Betreuung durch Walter, der sich wirklich rührend um alles gekümmert hat, Vielen Dank nochmals für die tollen Tipps!”

    “Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Innerhalb unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs hat uns nichts gefehlt. Um zu dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus zu gelangen, muss jedoch zuerst eine kurvige und einspurige Bergpiste gemeistert werden. Ein allzu großes Auto ist dabei nicht unbedingt hilfreich, mit dem von uns gemieteten Opel Mokka ging es noch. Aber am Ziel angekommen, erwartet einen ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit ruhiger, naturnaher Lage und einem tollen Blick in die Berglandschaft. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Eine super nette Betreuung vor Ort, die wir jederzeit kontaktieren konnten. Vielen Dank dafür!!!”
