This charming holiday home in Sérignan village with a beautiful private swimming pool stands within its very own lush and enclosed garden. Situated only 7km from the Mediterranean’s fabulous beaches, this spacious villa offers high quality furniture to ensure comfort and relaxation. The living room is air conditioned and has a big sofa that can sit up to 8 people. Bay windows open onto the terrace, equipped with a barbecue and rolling blind to protect you from the summer sun. The garden furniture is very inviting, where you will be able to enjoy many barbecues after a good swim or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers. Children will have plenty of space to play on the lawn that separates the house from the pool. There are 2 single beds in bedroom 3, one of which is a pull out bed. There are plenty of walks to go on throughout vineyards, towns, along beaches or the Orb’s riverbank and amongst the Orpellières’ unspoilt nature. You can explore the beautiful historical town of Béziers located only 11km away from Sérignan or go on and visit the infamous medieval city of Carcassonne an hour away. Sérignan beach is a lovely seaside resort along the Mediterranean known for its water quality. A quaint little marina has taken shelter behind the resort, protected from the sea’s harsh conditions. For those in quest of preserved sites, the Orpellières’ sandy beach spreads across 2.5km, edged with high sand dunes and far from any buildings. You’ll find 4 other beaches nearby notably la Grande Maïre, one of the prettiest and busiest as well as a nudist beach. Sérignan village has plenty of small artisanal shops and night markets. This town will be a delight for all history lovers !
