Fully enclosed, newly built (2018) holiday villa with a private illuminated swimming pool, outdoor shower, stone barbecue and large green garden
The location is perfect, at the edge of a small village in central Istria, offering peace and quiet, but still close to all tourist centers like Poreč, Pula or Rovinj.
The whole ambience is luxurious and peaceful. The villa has 110 sqm with three bedrooms and a big open living space with air-conditioning.
Open plan interior has a warm and serene ambiance with large glass windows and doors allowing sun-rays to shine in. There is only one floor with simple room layout. On one side of the living you will find the dining and living area with doors opening up to a pool terrace and on the other side there is a modern fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as toilette for daily use with washing machine at your disposal. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds ( 160cm to 180cm wide). In the living room there is a sofa bed as well as separate bedding. Every room has its own air-conditioning.
The villa welcomes you in its lovely green garden with a private swimming pool where you can catch a nice tan, lounging on one of the sunbeds or reading a book in the shade of the blue parasols. There is also covered terrace with a dining table and a modern stone BBQ.
The villa is located in central Istria, close to the highway so every destination can be reached fast and easy. Nearest beaches are in Rovinj ( 22km) and Poreč ( 35km). There are few restaurants in nearby town Žminj, but in 30 minutes you can reach Pula, Rovinj or Vrsar for great gastronomic experience. Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Vrsar .. are all cities with long and rich history (Roman amphireatar, Euphrasian Basilica...).
Istra is great biking area with marked bike roads that will take you trough willages with agrotourism and konobas with great offer of local food.
