Quinta Anita befindet sich nördlich von Loulé. 15 min von Faro Airport 15 min zum Strand oder zu den Golfplätzen 3 min zum nächsten Supermarkt mit Cafe und Apotheke 5 min zum City Center Der ideale Urlaub für Familien oder mit Freunden, Geburtstage und andere Feierlichkeiten, gestresste Manager und Naturliebhaber. Die Villa hat 6 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und eine Gäste Toilette. Geräumige Küche mit Essbereich für 12 Personen. Enormes Wohnzimmer, gemütlich mit Kamin und einem 50´ Flatscreen Smart TV mit internationalen Kanälen. Alle Räume haben air condition. Alle Bereiche führen in den Patio mit BBQ und Pool area oder den wundervollen Gartenbereich mit Teich. Im Patio und Poolbereich befinden sich Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen für die Gäste mit einer gemütlichen Chill out area um bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang über dem Pool und den Palmen zu genießen. Am Pool befindet sich auch der Grillbereich für Ihre abendlichen Familienfeste. Am Eingang der Villa befindet sich der Sitzbereich am Teich, ideal für das perfekte Frühstück, umgeben vom Garten mit Olivenbäumen, tropischen Pflanzen und Palmen. Es gibt einen separaten Waschraum, komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelgelegenheit. Für die kleinen Gäste haben wir 2 Babybetten und 2 Hochstühle damit sie aktiv am Ferienurlaub und den Aktivitäten teilnehmen können. Der Poolberich ist mit einem verschließbaren Gitter gesichert. Für meine Sommergäste sind die Zimmer mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Für meine Wintergäste haben wir Zentralheizung über Holzofen im Wohnzimmer. Poolheizung ist verfügbar mit einem Aufpreis von 25€ am Tag. Kinderfreundlich Haustiere erlaubt auf Anfrage



Die Villa ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen, tropischen Pflanzen und Palmen. Am Teich befindet sich ein Sitzberich mit Blick auf den Garten, ideal für ein perfektes Frühstück. Die Poolarea hat einen Chill out Bereich für den Drink am Abend um den Sonnenuntergang über Pool und Palmen zu geniessen. 3000m2 Natur pur
