The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1951, renovated in 2016 and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location in the forest.
For common use are available: children's playground, swing, sandpit and terrace. High chair and cot on request. Mini-gym in the basement.

The house is located on the picturesque slopes of Gubalowka.
The access goes via a path (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property. In winter, due to snow parking except land. Ev.Parkplatz surcharge is located opposite the house.
