Beautiful south-facing apartment on the top floor of a residence located close to shops and beaches, comprising an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with WC, a living room with open kitchen equipped: combined fridge, dishwasher, washing machine linen, hob, extractor, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, living room with BZ sofa, flat screen TV, upstairs: a 160 bed, a bedroom in a row with a 140 bed, washbasin and Sanibroyeur WC.
