Here is a beautiful and cosy self-catering apartment in a charming, cul-de-sac location. It is a ca.54m2 one room flat, furnished in typically Bayerish rustic style with a nice dining area and a decorative fireplace. Sleep up to 2 people. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen. Bathroom in white ceramic tiles has a bath-tub with shower,hand washing basin and WC. In the main room there is a large screen HD SAT TV and a Bose HI FI. WLAN internet is included in price. A spacious L-shape South and West facing balcony is furnished and has an unobstructive view towards Kofel and Laber mountains.                        


Parking space for 1 car is in the underground garage. Additional storage space for skiing equipment etc. available in a cellar. Shopping facilities, railway station and bus stops are all within walking distance (ca.600m.). Very close are also ski-lifts,summer and winter sledge, bicycle riding and hiking trails. Good swimming pools and a cable-car for Laber are about 1,2km.

    “Positiv: Sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtete 1 - Raum Wohnung, ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen mit freiem Blick auf den Kofel. Sehr freundliche Vermietrin, die gleich in der Nähe wohnt. In ca. 10 Gehminuten ist man in der Ortsmitte oder am Bahnhof. Negativ: Das Bett ist bequem, aber etwas schmal und steht an der Wand, mitten im Zimmer, hat keinen Sicht- oder Lichtschutz, wenn der Partner noch etwas länger aufbleiben will. Freizeit: Sehr vielfältige Möglichkeiten, anstrengende und leichte Wanderungen, Farradstrecken..., aber auch tolle Museen (Unterammergau, Murnau). Mit der im Preis inbegriffenen Gästekarte können sie kostenlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden.”

    “Positiv: Die Toplage, der Ortskern ist fußlæufig schnell zu erreichen. Nette freundliche Menschen. Das Essen u. das Bier haben geschmeckt.
