There is just a single neighbor in a house located 150 meters from the house on another headland across the bay. Incredible scenic location. Fishing in the lake for perch, pike, etc. is really good. Fishing license is required. You can fish from shore almost right at the house, or take a trip out with the rowing boat waiting for you.
