The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and is an excellent choice for those who would like to spend holidays in a large new villa with pool near the sea. Ideal for family holidays or groups of friends.The villa can accommodate up to 8 + 2 guests. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Relax in the comfortable living room and make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can relax in the green garden with private pool, lie on deckchairs and enjoy the sun. You can also prepare specialties on charcoal grill for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just take your towel and in a few minutes walk you are on the beach, but also within walking distance there are great restaurants. The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms on the first floor have access to the terrace.NOTE: Guests who stay weekly (7, 14, 21 days etc.) are preferred.Check-in is possible from 16:00, check-out is possible until 10:00.Pets are allowed on request.     “Sehr zu empfehlen. Positiv: Der feine Kiesstrand ist nah beim Haus und fast komplett leer.
    Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und gut isoliert.
    War immer angenehm temperiert.
    Abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit el.Tor. Negativ: Für die Größe des Hauses könnten mehr Liegen vorhanden sein.
    Ein Staubsauger wäre auch schön, damit man zwischendurch mal durchsaugen kann. Restaurant: Barka - Nah am Haus, sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Ausflüge: Medulin und die Dazugehörige Halbinsel - Tolle einsame Buchten.”

    “Positiv: Alles war so wie beschrieben. In allen Badezimmern ausreichend Badetücher. Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt.
    Die Hausbesitzer waren stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
    Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.”
