PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Comfortable apartment modestly furnished with private terraces, and garden in the most beautiful residential part of Pula, 150 meters from the stunning Valkane beach.

The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of greenery.

The apartment with terrace on the second floor of 130 m2 has 85 m2 of living space and a terrace of 45m2 and is furnished for a maximum of 6 persons.

Parking for cars is located a few meters away from the apartments in the free public parking always available.

In garden live cats and turtles, therefore the site is more appropriate for pets friendly people and vacation place for children and parents.

Guests have access to the garden exclusively for the route to the apartment..

The time between 10.00 and 16.00 is used for cleaning so check in is from 16.00 to 20.00.

Please be sure to either call or send an SMS one hour before you arrive at the apartment so that the host can meet you and open the apartment.


ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD :

In a range of 50 to 200 meters you will find everything you need: beautiful beaches and pine forests, restaurants, tennis , football and basketball courts, municipal swimming pool, post office, bank, market for fruit and vegetables, hospital, supermarket, clothing, shopping center and CineStar cinemas, bike , boat and canoe rental, water ski lift and diving and pine forrest running truck. The beach which is 150 meters from the apartment is 2 km long, consisting of areas of pebble beaches, concrete beaches and beaches of natural stone slabs.


WARNING:

For each pet, the stay is paid in the amount of one tenth of the total stay price paid at the agency. Payment is made on the day of arrival in cash. All types of pets that could injure to other animals, from the route of apartment to the garden exit, must have a muzzle and a leash.

Pets are not allowed on beds and couches but only on the floor in apartment or terrace so please bring sleeping equipment with you for them.


The terrace fence is protected with a net so that small children can be safe.


For the 2022 season the pool will not work so it is not on offer.


Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Groups of younger people are also welcome, but not those groups that go wild, get drunk and do drugs.

    “Positiv: The appartment was really clean und it is lots of space for 4 persons. What is also to mention, there is a big balcony where you can have your breakfast and relax in the sun in a deckchair. The pool is also very clean and refreshing and we loved the beautiful garden which is a little like a jungle.
    The Position of the appartment is also extremely good. Everything is very close (beach/supermarket/restaurants/shopping mall/bus stop).
    Mr. Sinkauz is a very polite and nice person, ieverything was very uncomplicated, even when we wanted to leave at five o'clock in the morning.
    We had a perfect holiday at a very fair price.”
