In the quiet of the Tuscany countryside between the Maremma and the Etruscan Coast, close to gorgeous beaches of San Vincenzo and Follonica, stretches along the side of a hill always pleasantly breezy the Antico Borgo Casalappi holiday home, an authentic ancient stone village of 900 completely carefully restored to preserve its warmth and its characteristics.

The apartments available are unique, renovated in a warm Tuscan style, with open ceiling beams and rafters, all furnished and equipped for the comfort of our guests.

On available to our guests, swimming pool with a beautiful panoramic solarium, the tennis court, ping pong and a large playground area, free internet wireless connectivity and qualified personnel to help you discover our beautiful region.

they are apartments (sometimes on two leveles )on the ground floor with a private garden (30/40 mq ) equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. The apartment has a living room with dining area and kitchenette (it has 4-zone hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary kitchenware), TV set and sofa bed; bathroom with shower; double bedroom. Some are equipped with air conditioning with extar charge .
