Apartment with hems
The calm situated, in 2006 built cabin in wonderful south hillside with panoramic view although is close to the centre: - the loipe/path is only 50 meters from the door. You can watch the passing people without they can look inside the cabin, because the way is a little bit downhill. – big terrace in the south ; -floor and bathroom with heater in the floor; -massive furniture; much daylight; -parking in front of the cabin; -very good infrastructure but really quiet!!!!! Location The skilifts are only 10 min. by feet. The centre with possibilities for shopping you achieve in 15 minutes by feet(700m). The street is used by some neighbours. In winter there is no passing traffic. The children can play on the road without fear.

Other : Caution is seen as safety for cleaning in the end, too. You have to pay it 2 weeks before arrival on our account. After arriving new guests or control by us the money will be payed back if it is cleaned well. Because not having the possibility of controlling always directly after departure, we beg for bothsiedes trust that we latest pay back the money when we arrive in our winter holiday.
