Die Unterkunft ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt:

- Erster Stock, großes Wohnzimmer (28m2) mit Einbauküche, Tisch für 5 Personen, TV-Ecke, Schlafcouch (140x200), 1 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, Bad (WC, Dusche), großer Balkon/Terrasse mit See und Alpenblick.
- Zweiter Stock: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer (Badewanne, WC) und Balkon.
