Das Rustico steht in Bosco Gurin im Gebiet Schwarzabrunna, einen Kilometer nach dem Dorf und ist erreichbar im Sommer mit dem Auto, wo man es auf dem privaten Parkplatz lassen kann. Das Rustico steht allein dort und man kann es dank der geographischen Koordinaten 680352 / 129517 finden. Die Verbindungen mit Natel und PC sind ausgezeichnet.
Für Autofahrer ist der kürzeste Weg , vor dem Dorfzentrum links abzubiegen in Richtung Sesselbahnstation und dann noch 600 meter zum Rustico fahren. Die Strasse ist komplett asphaltiert. Die Gäste werden immer vom Eigentümer direkt am Rustico oder bei der Postauto-Haltestell in Bosco Gurin empfangen .
Im Rustico hat es ein Keller wo man Lebensmittel, Velos , Kinderwagen , Ski deponieren kann .
Am ersten Stock hat es ein Zimmer mit ein Schlafsofa, ein Tisch, eine Küche mit 2 Holzhofen und ein Gasherd.
Immer noch im ersten Stock hat es eine Dusche/WC.
Im zweiten Stock hat es ein Mansarden-Schlafzimmer mit 4 Betten. Die Bettwäsche ist vorhanden und die Betten vorbereitet.
Licht wird mit Solar 12 Volt erzeugt.

Das Rustico findet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Gebiet mit umfangreichen Wiesen, ungefähr 200 Meter vom Fluss und dem Wald, geeignet für Familie, Wanderungen zu Fuss oder mit Velo MTB.
