2 1/2-room apartment on the first floor of Chalet Akalei, living room with large dining table and 4 chairs as well as an additional sleeping accommodation, bedroom with 2 beds, fireplace, flat-screen TV, radio, bathroom with shower/bath and WC, kitchen with some additional appliances such as raclette and fondue dishes. The garden seating area with large sunbathing lawn offers a direct mountain view of the Niesen. Private parking space on the property.
Chalet Akalei is located in a very quiet neighborhood with adjoining farm and bus stop nearby. 
The hiking and bench trails start on our doorstep and also lead directly into the popular Suldtal nature reserve.
In winter, the cross-country ski trails can be reached on foot and the Aeschiallmend ski lifts and ski school area are also very close by.
Aeschiried is the central and perfect starting point for excursions into the valleys of the Bernese Oberland.

    “Gerne kommen wir wieder. Positiv: Ruhige, ländliche Lage, fast wie auf der Alp. Helle, praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Sonnig, auch jetzt im Herbst genossen wir vor dem Haus die Abendsonne. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Region vielseitig, aktuell und gut dokumentiert. Wertvolle Gästekarte!”

    “Ik vond het appartement heel rustig,gezellig,ook al is t interieur wat oud. Het was heel net en ee is alles aanwezig: lakens,handdoeken,kruiden,keukengerei allerlei. De bedden zijn ook goed,de tuin is mooi nderhouden en bij vertrek mag je de vuile handdoeken,lakens gewoon laten liggen. De parking voor je auto is ook praktisch. De eigenaar woont erboven en is een heel vriendelijke man die soms een praatje komt maken. Het is er ook heel hondvriendelijk.”

    “Positiv: Endroit très calme, dans la nature. Point de départ de nombreuses visites et excursions. Propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce chalet tout confort et très bien situé.”
