Holiday house with two apartments, in a quiet location, with a garden and a wellness area
The holiday house is in the midst of the Petzenland skiing, hiking and biking area, quietly situated on a side street of Unterort with little traffic. Leave everyday life far behind and immerse yourself in a new world of boundless freedom, where you can enjoy the luxury of time to yourself. Let yourself be enchanted by the special flair of the apartment. Here you can find an accomplished and stylish combination of the traditional and the modern.
The stylish and generously furnished apartments each have two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 x 200cm and one with two single beds 80 x 200cm), and a big and comfortable living room with a bioethanol stove, which exudes a pleasant atmosphere in winter. A supplementary bed can be added to each twin bedroom. The generously designed bathrooms with an exclusive rainforest showerhead make your holiday perfect. A kitchen, a separate WC, a hairdryer and a flatscreen TV round off the accommodation. The wellness area in the basement provides an infrared cable, a shower and a spacious relaxation room with loungers. The basement also has a storage room for skis, bicycles etc., as well as a washing machine and an iron which you can use free of charge.
The terraces and balconies provide garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The garden has a lovely grill area and a sandpit for children. There is parking space for four cars.
