Exclusive, barrier-free house at Haldensee in the Tannheim Valley in Tyrol
The exclusive holiday house enjoys a quiet location just a stone’s throw from the lake Haldensee. From the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the Tyrolean mountain world. Feel at home in your ‘own’ four walls at Haldensee.
The barrier-free ground floor consists of a stone pine bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower, a living room with a fireplace and TV, an open kitchen with a cosy dining corner, and a separate WC. The infrared cabin provides a private wellness facility. On the upper floor there is the second stone pine bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a TV and a DVD player, and a gallery with a sofa bed and a view of the lake. There is underfloor heating in all rooms except the upper bedroom. When building the chalet, importance was attached to the use of natural materials such as old wood, loam, stone and wool.
Outside there is a large terrace with lounge furniture and a garden suite (in summer), as well as a ca. 300m² garden with a grill and fire bowl.
We can provide a children’s stone pine bed and a highchair on request. The way to the chalet is only permitted to you and other vehicles are not allowed, ensuring the best conditions for a quiet and relaxing holiday. With our guest cards you can benefit from free entry to the Haldensee water worlds and in winter you can use the cable cars at certain times free of charge. Your pet is welcome and we can provide a blanket and a food bowl, note that there is a supplementary charge. You can use a washing machine and dryer free of charge in the ski room, shared by guests at another holiday house.
Bring your body, mind and spirit back into harmony at the massage and Ayurveda practice opposite (payable). On the neighbouring site there is a little animal zoo with donkeys, hens, guinea pigs and a dog. The lovely Haldensee is about 300 metres away and invites you to swim in summer. The hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails are right on the doorstep. Neighbouring towns such as Füssen (ca. 30km), Oberstdorf (ca. 30km) or Innsbruck (130km) invite you to go on a trip.
