Unser Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Kleinarl in ruhiger Lage am Fuße unseres Hausberges der Ennskrax. Direkt neben dem Haus liegt im Winter die bestens präparierte Langlaufloipe und im Sommer der wunderschön angelegten Radweg. Mit dem kostenlosen Skibus, der nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ist, gelangen Sie zu den Liften der Sportwelt Amadé.

Wir befinden uns am südlichen Ortsrand von Kleinarl, ca. 1 km Richtung Jägersee, neben dem Bauernhaus, das direkt neben der Hauptstraße auf der rechten Seite steht.

In unserem Haus befindet sich ein Appartement für 2-5 Personen, mit einem 3 Bettzimmer, einer Wohnküche mit ausziehbarer Couch, Dusche und WC getrennt. Kabel-TV, Radio und Balkon, Brötchenservice.

    Het appartement is schoon en voorzien van alle gebruikelijke gemakken als fornuis, magnetron en koffiezetter.( geen vaatwasser) Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig
    op de bergen. Frau Ebner is heel aardig en komt zelfs de afvalbakjes legen, extra schone handdoeken brengen.Ook kan ze broodjesservice voor je regelen. In het huis in de tv-kast ligt allerlei documentatie over de omgeving. Het huis ligt verder rustig, ook al loopt de weg naar de prachtige Jaegersee voor het huis langs.
