This is a lovely timber-framed house near the ‘rock town’ of Adršpach, ideal in any season, whether for a summer or a winter holiday. Experience a relaxing holiday in this holiday house for your own exclusive use, with an extensive site on the sunny side of the Adršpach and Teplice Rocks nature reserve. Your holiday accommodation is on the edge of the tranquil town, in the north of the country not far from the Polish border.
The house is suitable for couples, families with children, or groups up to 10 people. It comprises 100m² of living space with two four-bed rooms and a double room, two shower rooms, two separate guest WCs, a big living room with a fireplace and a dining room, and a separate kitchen. The two four-bed rooms each have four single beds, while the double room has a double bed with one large mattress. Bed linen and woollen blankets, as well as two children’s beds are provided. You can enjoy relaxing in the living room on the comfortable seating, with a sofa and several armchairs, after a day trip. A crackling fire in the fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere. Satellite TV and wireless Internet access are provided, as well as a radio with a CD player, books and board games for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with two two-ring hobs, a fridge, a wood-burning stove, a mini oven, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, for comprehensive self-catering. The shower rooms are in a modern style with a glass shower cubicle. One of them also has a washing machine.
You can relax in the garden on the canopy swing or a hammock. There is a campfire area with seating, for a campfire and grill evening together. Children will enjoy the playground with a swing and slide. There is plenty of space to store bicycles in the garage, where you can also find firewood.
There are shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants in the nearest town about 0.5-1km away. In summer many waymarked cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore nature actively. You can go climbing about a ten-minute walk away at the rocks in Janovice, which border the Adršpach rocks. You can go on a work through the picturesque rock towns of Adršpach and Teplice. You can go swimming 15km away and there are tennis courts (3km), a 9-hole golf course (27km) or a go-carting track (8km). In winter there is a cross-country skiing trail nearby. A ski bus stops about 500 metres away, taking you to the ski resort about 10km away.
