This luxury villa of 280m² is 6km from Karlovy Vary.

The ground floor has an open kitchen with a dining table for eight people and a dishwasher, as well as everything else needed for preparing meals. The living room has a fireplace and satellite TV. The first floor comprises four bedrooms, of which three have double beds, and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a corner bath.

There is a heated indoor pool (8 x 4m, depth 1.60m). The house also has a sauna. The house is on an enclosed site of 1500m². Children will enjoy the slide, swing and sandpit.

Electricity use over 50kWh/week is payable locally.

The accommodation is recommended for golf enthusiasts, with five golf courses nearby, or families with children. A pet is allowed. There are tennis courts 150 metres from the house and it is just 25 minutes to the mountains with many pistes.
