Holiday apartment in a quiet location, with a big, roofed loggia
The Bövergeest house is on the edge of a well-maintained residential area, very quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac without through traffic, but with a view of the extensive Eiderstedt marsh landscape.
The holiday apartment was originally conceived as a primary residence, so it has a generous layout. It is suitable for 2-4 people.
The spacious loggia (roofed balcony) is a very attractive feature, spanning the whole width of the apartment in front of the light and high living room, with an extensive view of the greenery. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine etc. The big bathroom has daylight. There are two beds that can be joined together as a double bed in the separate bedroom. There is also a solid double futon (160cm wide) with a slatted frame that can be pulled out, on the right side of the spacious living room. A stereo system, satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are available.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed (but they are welcome in the other three apartments, e.g. property no. 708749).
The centre of Garding is about 1200 metres away.
