Large and comfortable holiday apartment with a garden, in a peaceful locality in East Frisia
The non-smoking holiday apartment is on a quiet residential estate, in the centre of Osteel with around 2500 inhabitants. It is on the ground floor of a detached house with two residential units and provides 120m² of space for four people. It is 15 minutes by car to the sea, where you can find a wonderful sandy beach and a directly adjoining dog beach.
This holiday accommodation comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a hallway, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. After a day trip you can sit in the living room on a three-seater and a two-seater sofa and an armchair. There are also several cupboards and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for convenient self-catering, including a four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a Senseo machine and of course tableware and cookware. The separate dining room with a dining table invites four people to dine together. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with two single beds (100 x 200cm). Each room has a cupboard for storing your luggage. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, bath, washbasin with a mirror, hairdryer, WC and window. The house has gas central heating.
The terrace with an awning and grill, as well as the garden are available for use. The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table.
Wireless Internet access is available free of charge throughout the apartment. The owner also offers bicycles for hire for a small fee. A safe, a cot/toddler bed, highchair, hand cart and bobby car are available for use free of charge. You can park your car free of charge on three parking spaces on site.
You can find all everyday shops, such as a bakery (fresh rolls also on Sundays), within about 500 metres. In Marienhafe there are supermarkets about 3km away, as well as a butcher, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, an ice cream stall, an optician etc. Other shops such as shoe and fashion shops, bookstores etc. are about 12 minutes away by car in the town of Norden, where you can stroll and shop to your heart’s content. In the climatic spa town of Hage, also a 12-minute drive away, there are further restaurants and a bowling alley.
