Apartment a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance
It is only 300 metres to the lake. It is easy to explore the region from here.
The very modern, light and generous three-room apartment (97m²) is well-equipped and is in the basement of an architect’s house completed in 2015. It has three rooms: a bedroom with a box spring bed 180cm wide, a big wardrobe and a desk, as well as an en-suite daylight bathroom with a bath and shower. A guest room with a box spring bed 180cm wide and a wardrobe 150cm wide. A living room with an open kitchen and dining space, a TV set, a big sofa bed, a dining table for 6 persons and a fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring ceramic hob, fridge-freezer etc. In addition, there is a guest WC with its own shower. All the rooms feature floor-to-ceiling wood and aluminium windows with electric blinds. In most rooms there are LED spotlights integrated into the ceiling. The apartment can be accessed by the stairs or a lift.
The terrace measures 26m² and faces south-west. It provides 2 sun loungers and a garden table with 4 chairs. The bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the terrace. In addition, you can share use of the garden belonging to the neighbouring hotel.
The apartment is in the basement but both bedrooms and the living room have floor-to-ceiling windows and it is therefore very light. The house has a lift for transporting heavy luggage. It is also easily accessible with a wheelchair.
