This detached single-family house is in the volcanic Eifel, at the end of a road without traffic. Where volcanoes once spat fire, today there is a fabulously beautiful mountain landscape inviting you to enjoy either a short stay or extensive holiday. The wonderful country house is right by the edge of a forest, offering pure nature and fresh air. The flora and fauna are waiting to be discovered.
With around 160m2 of living space, a maximum of six people can be accommodated comfortably. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a library, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace for cosy hours on colder days. The dining room with a corner bench invites you to enjoy meals and togetherness. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a table with two chairs. On the ground floor there is also a French-style bathroom with a bath, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a cosy rustic bedroom, individually furnished. There is a little bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer, as well as a wonderful view of nature.
A generous garden awaits you outside with a bench, a lounger and garden funriture, as wella s a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. In good weather you can therefore enjoy a barbecue with a view of greenery. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. Cars can be parked on three private outdoor parking spaces free of charge. Pets are welcome on request.
There is a bakery in Hillesheim, as well as a butcher, a supermarket and a weekly market every Thursday. You can find all everyday essentials here. There is also a local nostalgic cinema. There are many hiking paths, as well as cycle paths, mountain bike trails and horse riding trails, everything that will delight a nature lover. There is a farm nearby with fresh milk. The little village itself has a charming café and a bakery with sensational tarte flambee from the stone oven.
