A large common room with a big round table for 13 persons, eating area and seating area, well-equipped kitchen with 4 4 hotplate stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, microwave and scales are available for you. If you need anything else, we will happily help you out.

Additionally, there is a TV, stereo system and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture - here you can relax easily.

    “Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Für alles war gesorgt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter, aber trotzdem gut. Besonders der große runde Tisch hat alles supergefallen. Jeder hat jeden sehen können.
    Die Bäder im 2. Stock sind noch aus dem 70ern, werden aber noch in diesem Jahr auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Alle anderen Bäder in den Zimmern sind neu.

    Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

    “Die Lage des Objektes ist ruhig. 2 sehr gute Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht ganz neu und die Küchenausstattung ist auch bunt zusammen gewürfelt, aber für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist eine große Menge an Tellern und Besteck vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, aber gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, also am besten für gute Freunde oder große Familien geeignet.
    Der große runde Tisch im Essbereich (für 13 Personen gut geeignet) ist absolut toll. Wir waren eine Familie mit 12 Personen (jüngstes Mitglied 10 Jahre bis ältestes 74 Jahre), das passte gut.
    Das Objekt ist perfekt für Familientreffen und für Freunde. Der Aufenthaltraum mit der offenen Küche ist super geeignet für schöne gemeinsame Abende.
    Ach ja, es gibt dort riesige Kochtöpfe. Man hat also an alles gedacht. Wer allerdings Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch; dafür ist der Preis für das komplette Haus unschlagbar. Zumal in jedem Doppelzimmer ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und WC vorhanden ist, absolut toll, da gibt es keine Badezimmerstaus bei so vielen Menschen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden es für unseren nächsten Familienurlaub wieder buchen.”

    “Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit 6 Kindern, 3 bis 6 Jahre, und 2 Säuglingen war das Haus ideal, wir waren unter uns, gleichzeitig war die Vermieterin vor Ort und für alle Fragen offen und hilfsbereit.
    Die Aufteilung der Zimmer - jedes mit eigenem Bad - war sehr angenehm, der große Wohn-Essraum bot jeder individuellen Aktivität Raum.”
