This cozy and comfortable apartment is located 2 minutes from the beautiful beach of Barceloneta. It has a capacity for 4 people as it has 2 bedrooms. Palya Atlantida is rented for monthly stays or more, so the apartment has everything you need for a long stay. It is a great apartment to enjoy Barcelona during a period of time with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays and it has two cooking hobs, microwave, refrigerator, extractor, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen equipment you could need including pots, pans, dishes, etc. The apartment is reviewed periodically, especially the dishes and the cooking utensils, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing. In addition, it also has washing machine, heating, air conditioning, TV and WiFi. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The Barceloneta district has been built on reclaimed lands from the sea about 250 years ago. It was originally used to build the Port in the XV century. Flanked by the Mediterranean it had become the fishermens district until first half of XX Century. Now days everybody goes to the district to eat in its numerous restaurants, because of its proximity to the center of Barcelona and the special character of the district and its inhabitants.
The apartment Playa Atlantida, recently refurbished, is located on the lively neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 50 meters to the beach and 10 minutes to the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The area where it is located is the one with the largest offer of bars and restaurants, so you will have somewhere to go every day.
This functional apartment is located in a small building completely refurbished, with the typical structure of the apartments in the neighborhood of Barceloneta. It is located on the third floor without elevator and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The supplies (gas, electricity, water ...) are not included in the total price. You can enjoy free Wifi.
The apartment is well connected with other parts of the city. A few meters away you have a bus stop with several lines that will take you to downtown and other points. Besides, the metro stop of Barceloneta (L4 yellow) and the Estación de Francia (train station) are less than 10 minutes walking.
