Holiday flat with modern amenities and a covered patio and garden in a rural setting in a popular neighbourhood on the Monte de San Antón


This holiday flat is located on a private property in a desirable neighbourhood of Malaga at the Monte de San Antón amidst a pine forest. Enjoy a relaxing holiday here. Recharge your batteries and enjoy Andalusia's culture.

The apartment is on the first floor, same as the second apartment. Partition walls ensure privacy. No partition wall touches the other apartment. The 65 m² apartment was furnished with attention to quality and perfection. You can gain access to the apartment on the elevator or take the staircase from the beautiful inner courtyard. The 36 m² living room boasts a comfortable sitting area with a couch. Behind the sofa is a small dining table for two, adjacent to the kitchen unit. The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a kettle. The separate, 18 m² bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is to the right of the kitchen, boasts a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. The apartment is also equipped with solar heating (water), a central heating unit, air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi access.

There are several outdoor areas, including the 18 m² covered terrace and a patio. The apartment also has a beautiful, small garden. It is about 25 m² and faces east. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and grants ocean views behind the palm trees. During hot summer days, it is a great spot, while during spring and fall our guests prefer the garden. A car parking space can be found right in front of the house.

A special feature of this property is the Microbus, which shuttles you from the house to the ocean on weekdays. The owners live upstairs in the penthouse and are available should any questions arise.

It is about 1.3 kilometres to the motorway, which connects you to all the Andalusian sights. The nearest nightlife and shops and the beach Pedragalejo can be found about 3 km from the property. It is only 700 meters to a restaurant. It is eleven kilometres to Malaga, where the harbour and the cathedral are definitely worth a visit.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Gastvrije ontvangst; voldoende faciliteiten voor een comfortabel verblijf.
    Wat minder spullen in het interieur heeft onze voorkeur.
    Veel privacy.
    Rustige ligging niet ver van het centrum van Malaga.
    Goede airco.
    Voldoende parkeervoorzieningen.
    Geen geluidsoverlast. (zowel v.w.b. de omgeving als medebewoners van het complex)
    Wasmachine bleek defect. Er is ons wel een alternatief geboden voor het doen van de was.
    Nadeel: de warm water voorraad bleek in de ochtend tijdens het douchen te beperkt/werd niet snel genoeg opgewarmd. De laatste gebruiker had dan een koude douche.”

    “We verontschuldigen ons zeer voor het probleem van het hete water. In feite hadden we een probleem met de zonnepomp, dus er was slechts ongeveer 70l heet water (70 graden C) beschikbaar, wat eigenlijk genoeg zou moeten zijn voor 2. Het probleem is nu verholpen en er zijn geen beperkingen meer.”

    “Super Lage, tolles Ambiente und sehr angenehme Umgebung. Keine Gebrauchspuren und alles an nötigen Utensilien enthalten.
    Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen und auf beiden kann man angenehm sitzen/essen/liegen.”

    “Das Objekt La Yuca liegt außerhalb von Malaga-Stadt, oberhalb den beliebten Stränden El Palo und Pedrgalejo und ist in einem Top-Zustand. Die Ausstattung kennt man aus einem skandinavischen Einrichtungshaus mit 4 Buchstaben, sehr geschmackvoll zusammengestellt, liebevolle Deko. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind top, die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend, weil so viel kocht man ja doch nicht. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein bisschen klein, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, schöner Balkon mit Sonnen- und Schattenphasen. Das Objekt liegt auf einer Anhöhe am Berg San Anton mit steilen Anfahrt- und Anmarschwegen. Sehr viel Grün (vor allem Pinien und Palmen), in einer sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr nette unkomplizierte Gastgeber (multilingual-DE,SP,ENG;IT) helfen wo sie können. Ein-/Auschecken ist auch individuell möglich. Das Objekt ist seinen Preis wert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. Das Objekt ist für Kleinkinder nicht so geeignet, da das Grundstück sehr übersichtlich ist also kaum Auslauf bietet.”
