Lovingly furnished sea view holiday cottage with a beautiful roof terrace and fruit trees in the cottage garden


This comfortable and sunny situated holiday cottage is on a fenced in 550 m² piece of land. Spreading across two floors, it features 300 m² of living space.

The holiday cottage has four bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed or two single beds, and each bedroom also has a wardrobe. There are three bathrooms with a shower or bath tub, sink and toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer, which are available to you throughout your stay. The spacious living room measures approx. 100 m² and is furnished with a large dining table and a corner sofa with satellite television, and here you can spend some nice relaxing evenings. The second living room is smaller and benefits from a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful chest of drawers. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with fridge including freezer compartment, induction cooktop, dish washer, oven, and a microwave. From the kitchen you have direct access to the dining room, and from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the fruit garden.

Via a set of indoor stairs you get to the large roof terrace, from where you have a view of the Mount Teide and its volcanic surroundings, the beach of Las Galletas and the cottage’s fruit garden. You are welcome to try some of the fruits grown in the cottage garden (e. g. papayas, mangoes and avocados or oranges).

Please note that there could be some aircraft noise, because the house is located near the airport.

Shopping facilities for your daily needs are approximately one kilometre away, in the centre of town. Here, you also find various bars, restaurants, and an internet café. A pebble beach and the sea are also only approximately one kilometre from the cottage. The nearest golf course is within a distance of 3km. The nearest sand beach is some 7 km away.

General terms and conditions of provider

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    Die Lage ist ok ,es ist sehr vieles zu Fuß erreichbar.
    Die Strasse an der das Haus steht ist sehr stark befahren.

    “This is a very well laid out, furnished and maintained property.
    There was plenty of room for the whole group with both upstairs and downstairs kitchen facilities.
    Ample storage and a complete set of kitchen equipment with no need to bring anything at all ourselves.
    There were a couple minor faults if one wants to be picky but these amounted to no more than a couple of blown light bulbs and a loose electrical socket which was still functional anyway.
    With off street parking and complete fencing, security for the young children was never an issue and the well maintained pool was enjoyed on a daily basis by all.
    Full linen provided along with a mountain of towels.
    Despite being on the flightpath to the nearby airport disturbance from plane noise was not an issue and as there are no flights in the night we were not kept awake by the noise of aircraft.
    The only negative worthy of a mention is the fact that it is on the main road into las galettas and traffic runs by the front of the property day and night so light sleepers need to use the rear bedrooms.
    We felt this property represented really good value for money for a large group, certainly much cheaper than apartments for a similar number of people.
    It is well maintained, clean and the agent we dealt with at the handover could not have been more pleasant and accomodating.”

    “le logement est très bien, spacieux et bien équipé, mais il y a 37 avions qui survolent la piscine à base altitude PAR JOUR.
    Rien que ce point est fort dérangeant.”
