Studio apartment in holiday resort with a swimming pool
Studio in Playa de Las Americas. Excellent location – just 150m from the sand beach. Located in a holiday resort with a swimming pool. Ideal for holiday makers who want to stay central, yet are looking for some peace and quiet.
The resort is in the second line beach, with only a small park separating it from the beach. This means that there is no traffic noise pollution. 80% of the guests are German-speaking and of “more of a mature” age. Therefore, it is always quiet in the evenings.
This apartment is a studio, i.e. there is no separate, sectioned-off bedroom. The two single beds are of the highest quality and the mattresses are replaced every other year. The sofa bed measures, when folded out, 1.40 and is thus adequate for grownups. There is also a DVD player connected to the flatscreen television.
Everything in this apartment is available free of charge: beach umbrella and mats, toys, bath towels, towels, iron, toaster, coffee machine ….
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is complete with gas cooker including two hobs and a fridge. Internet access is available via cable (modem is provided free of charge): see additional expenses.
You have use of a guarded car park (free of charge, guarded 24 hours).
The resort is 150m from a SPAR-supermarket. Furthermore, within a distance of 100m there is a car rental as well as good local restaurants. The bus terminal is just around the corner !!
In addition to this, the Siam Aquapark is within a walking distance.
