This luxury holiday villa with a spectacular view across the Atlantic of the island of La Gomera, is located only some 600 m from the sea, offering space for up to four persons. The quiet location of Playa Paraiso makes this one of the most sought-after areas in Tenerife’s South. Here you will be greeted by a sunny location with a good tourism infrastructure and various offers for tourists.
The touristic centre of the village features a shopping promenade with various restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and much more. The beach of Playa Paraiso has big flat rocks, inviting to sun bathe. By car, it takes some five minutes to the beach of Playa de las Americas, and to the small harbor of Puertito de Adeje it takes only two minutes. Playa Paraiso also offers sports activities such as snorkeling, swimming and hiking. Furthermore, tennis courts and the Costa Adeje’s 27 hole golf course are in the immediate vicinity. Tenerife’s South airport is some 20 minutes’ car drive away and to the airport North it takes 80 minutes by car.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television set complete with satellite, so that during your holiday stay you can watch the main European channels and listen to Europe’s main radio stations in digital quality. A DVD-player makes the living room’s technical equipment complete. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. Both bedrooms are spacious and benefit from modern furnishings. Thanks to the comfortable mattresses, here you can look forward to a restful sleep. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a bath tub or shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. In the basement is a communal fitness centre with various equipment, suited for both muscle and endurance workouts.
