Spacious and comfortable holiday house 4 stars with a terrace and a garden, near the sea, in the famous seaside resort of Agon Coutainville
This pretty holiday house classified as four-star in 2019 is in a residential district with access via a private road in the well-known seaside resort Agon Coutainville. The house is 300 metres on foot from the sea.
The holiday house was built in 2011 and is very light and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The living space of 110m² on two floors with spacious rooms can accommodate up to six people. The interior is light, elegant and comfortable. The ground floor has a big entrance area with cupboards and a beautiful, light living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table and a flatscreen TV with French channels and a DVD player. The American kitchen is completely newly equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, big fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, 12 sets of crockery and cutlery, pots, pans etc. On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, stone floor), along with a big WC. The upper floor has a spacious, prettily decorated hallway leading to three big bedrooms with light wood parquet floors and big cupboards. The bathroom has a double washbasin, a big shower, a towel radiator, a radiator and a separate WC. Two bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, the other bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 x 200cm. The bathroom on the first floor has a hairdryer. The house has electric radiators in every room. The big window has an electronic shutter, while the other windows have manual shutters.
There is a big garage with access to the terrace and the garden. The garage has a washing machine, cleaning utensils and big bins for separating rubbish. You can store bicycles in the garage. In front of the entrance to the house there is a charming little area with pebbles and lavender, with an additional private parking space for two cars in front of the garage door. The site is completely enclosed and so children can play safely. Pets can also run around freely. The wooden terrace is surrounded by little pebbles and an olive tree and borders a pretty garden with a lawn and plants. Garden furniture consisting of six chairs, a table, a parasol, a grill and six loungers is available.

Basic toddler equipment is available, consisting of a travel cot with a thick mattress, a changing underlay, a little bath and a highchair. You are allowed to bring a pet, but please note that dogs that are classified as dangerous according to French law are not allowed.
The house is 300 metres from shops in the centre of Agon Coutainville. A very appealing restaurant facing the sea is also 300 metres away. There is a supermarket in Blainville sur Mer, 2km from the house. In summer all the shops are open in the morning. It is a three-minute walk to a lovely sandy beach, where you can go on walks along the embankment about 4km long.
