Comfortably renovated holiday house from the 19th century with a private pool, its own tennis court and a big garden
The spacious stone house is in a little village near Hennebont, in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac facing a forested area. It affords a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and forests.
This old stone house of around 257m² from the year 1835 was renovated carefully in 1996 and can accommodate up to nine people on two floors. The stylish holiday decorated with lots of wood has four bedrooms with two double beds 140cm wide and five single beds 90cm wide, as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC and the other with a bath and WC. The ground floor has a living room with big windows and plenty of daylight, with a sitting corner, satellite TV, a DVD player, a pool table and a fireplace, with an open kitchen with a dining table and bench. It is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has open stairs leading to the upper floor with the bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. There is also table football. In summer the house is heated only with the fireplace, with firewood provided. Free wireless Internet access is available. Two cots and a highchair can be provided on request.
The house is on a 3500m² site enclosed by hedges and little walls, with a beautiful garden, lawns and a private pool with sun loungers and deckchairs. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. Children will enjoy the play equipment and the table tennis table outside. Tennis amateurs will enjoy the private tennis court belonging to the house. A hammock invites you to relax. Cars can be parked on private spaces in front of the house.
It is an ideal place for quiet and relaxing holidays with family or friends in Brittany. Apart from the pleasant setting with a pool and the garden, the house is only about 13km from several beaches, including the one at Guidel, one of the best surf spots. The Carnac megaliths are about 30km away, Pont Aven about 50km and the boat pier for Ile de Groix is about 8km away. The nearest supermarket is about 3km away and there are restaurants and cafés about 5km away.
