These two cosy apartments are located in Shaldon on Devon's south coast. Discover the traditional English way of life and the beautiful coastline here.
One of the apartments is on the ground floor; the top two floors of the house built in 1820 house the second apartment. Both apartments were fully renovated and comfortably furnished in 2015 and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It is 100 meters to the long sandy beach. It is 50 meters to the town centre of Shaldon, where you can go to the pub, enjoy fish and chips, have afternoon cream tea or a pint in the evening. Surf boards can be rented at the beach (5 km).
Spacious holiday flat with a private sun terrace on the top floor
This spacious, 75 m² apartments spreads over the upper floors of a three storey building and boasts a bright living room with an open plan kitchen and a dining area, two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The living room, on the lower level, is furnished with a cosy sofa, a flat screen television with a DVD player, a CD player and a radio. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The adjacent, modern, white kitchen offers a dish washer, a ceran stove with a stainless steel exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The lower level bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed and the brightly coloured bathroom boasts a spacious shower, sinks and a mirror and a toilet. A wide staircase leads to the top floor, where you will find the second bedroom, furnished with two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double. The ensuite bathroom boasts a shower tub. A washing machine is also at your disposal and you also have access to a reliable, free, wireless internet connection.
Outside, you will find the private sunny patio, furnished with a table and chairs.
