This apartment is suitable for holiday-makers and business travellers and is on the first floor of an apartment building with a lift. It is in a first-class location in the centre of Athens, in the very vibrant and trendy Ampelokipi district near the President Hotel and on a direct line to and from the airport. The straightforward transport connections to the north and south also make it easy to explore the surroundings of Athens.
The spacious apartment was renovated in 2016 and provides 100m² of living space for six people. Owing to the big windows the apartment receives a lot of sunlight. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower bath, a washing machine, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, and a WC, as well as another separate WC. The living room provides a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a coffee table, as well as a dining space with a table and six chairs. The kitchen is small, but fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ampelokipi is a very vibrant district. It is just 100 metres to the nearest supermarket, where you can buy everyday essentials. It is a short drive to the famous Acropolis, the museums and Plaka, one of the oldest districts of Athens at the foot of the Acropolis. Owing to the convenient transport connections, it is also easy to get to the southern part of Attika, as well as the ports at Piraeus and Rafina, with crossings to the various islands.
