This apartment is on the fifth and last floor of an apartment building with a lift. It is in a first-class location in the centre of Athens, in the very vibrant Ampelokipi district near the President Hotel and on a direct line from the airport. The simple transport connections to the north and south also allow you to explore Athens.
The apartment was renovated in 2013 and provides 42m² of space for three adults or two adults and two children. It has a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). Opposite the bed there is a dresser with a mirror. The living room provides a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a coffee table, as well as a dining space with a table and four chairs. The TV is mounted on the wall above the dining table and facing the sofa. The kitchen is small, but fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. All the rooms have air conditioning and also heating if required.
The apartment has a furnished veranda on the front side and a balcony to the rear. There are no parking spaces, but it is possible to park for a fee at the neighbouring President Hotel or in a nearby parking garage.
