The four-storey villa has a loft apartment on the very top floor, with its own separate access, which is occupied by the owner of the villa. And there is an elevator from the underground parking garage that leads right up to the apartment on the top floor, so that the owner does not interfere with the guests in any way.
The lower three storeys that are offered for rent feature seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 persons.
