Two quietly situated holiday houses near the beach, with a sea view and their own garden with a grill area
These two air-conditioned holiday houses are on an enclosed site somewhat outside of the tranquil village of Gennadi (400 metres away). The beach awarded a Blue Flag is 300 metres away.
The houses renovated in 2013 are next to each other and separated by a wall. From the balcony on the first floor, as well as from the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
Each house has its own beautifully laid-out garden with a grill area. It is ideal for relaxing under the Greek sun, spending lovely grill evenings with family and friends, or cooking and having fun together. Parking spaces are available.
Free wireless Internet access is available. The two holiday houses can also be booked together for a total of 16 people, making them ideal holiday accommodation for large families or a group of friends. Please request the special rate for this.
You can enjoy the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean Sea or go on extensive walks along the long beach. There are beach bars, tavernas and restaurants serving traditional Greek dishes and drinks. You can also go waterskiing and hire canoes. The village itself has other restaurants and bars where you can eat and drink well, as well as a supermarket and a minimarket, a pharmacy, a medical centre and a police station. There are regular bus connections to the neighbouring towns and villages, as well as to Rhodos town.

The ground floor has a modern, fully-equipped, built-in kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with a 32” TV and DVD player. The TV has many national and international channels. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower, the second has a double bed, and the third has two single beds. Between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a bath. Each bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.
