Holiday house with three apartments in Sibenik Bilice right by the sea
The house has three floors. On the ground floor there are private rooms. A big, roofed terrace and a smaller shared terrace with a big barbecue are available for shared use. There are one or two parking spaces for guests and a private parking space available in the courtyard. Opposite the house there are plenty of other parking spaces.
On the first floor there are two apartments, each for up to five people. On the second floor there is a big 100m² apartment for 6-8 people with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room, a kitchen and a loggia.
The nearest pebbled beach is right in front of the house over the road. The sea currents and especially the north winds drive reeds to the shore, so sometimes they are floating in the sea here. The smaller town beach is about 500 metres from one side of the bay and the big beach about 1000 metres to the other side.
Opposite the house there is a grocery shop with all everyday essentials and there is also a nice bistro.
