This big holiday house with its own pool is surrounded by a 600m² plot of land planted with vegetables, fruit trees and flower beds. It is in the centre of Podstrana near Split. The locality is known for its rich cultural heritage and its beautiful beaches. This house is ideal for a larger family or a group of friends who would like to spend a seaside holiday together.
The house has a modern interior and provides an ample 350m² of living space on three floors for twelve to sixteen people. It has eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens.
The first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds (1000 x 200cm) and other one has a double bed (180 x 200cm). One of the bathrooms has a bath, while the other has a shower. The living room provides air conditioning, a flatscreen TV and siting area. The kitchen has a dining space and is fully-equipped. On the second floor there are
also two bedrooms, along with a bathroom, a toilet, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has two single beds (100 x 200cm). The bathroom has a bath and a bidet. The living room provides air conditioning, a flatscreen TV and sitting area.
On the second floor there is also a fully-equipped kitchen. The third floor consists of two separate apartments, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedroom have two single beds (100 x 200cm). Other two bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200 cm). One bathroom has a bath, the other a shower. The kitchens in the apartments are fully-equipped and have a dining space. There is a second toilet in the outdoor area. Internet access is free of charge.
In front of the house there is a beautiful pool, with a view of the sea and the nearby islands. It measures 8 x 4 metres, has convenient steps down into it, and has a depth of 1.25 to 1.50 metres. Next to the pool there are loungers, seating and parasols for relaxing and sunbathing. There are also an outdoor shower, an outdoor toilet, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. This is in a separate room and has a big table for up to sixteen people. It is equipped with a hob, fridge, sink, washing machine and TV. Another highlight is the Finnish sauna, which was added in 2014 and rounds off the outdoor area perfectly. Four parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
The holiday house is only let out during the period of 30 May to 3 October, with a minimal rental period of seven days. During the other months it is only let as individual apartments. The owner arranges exclusive day trips to Krka National Park, to Split, Dubrovnik and Medjugorje, or to secluded beaches on the islands of Brac and Hvar. Rafting tours on the Cetina River are also offered.
The beach is in the immediate vicinity, just a five-minute walk away. It is also only a five-minute walk to the nearest grocery shop, while the nearest supermarket is a ten-minute drive away. Nearby you can find a spa centre, a casino and a nightclub, as well as many beach bars and restaurants. The nearby towns of Split, Trogir and Omis are famous for their historical heritage and are suitable for day trips. And of course you should visit the islands of Brac, Hvar and Ciovo.
